Randall C Martin has sold another Fond du Lac home in this difficult real estate economy! Just this past week I held the closing for 44 6th St, Fond du Lac. This was an exciting house to move, because the sellers were friends of mine, and the buyers got a real bargain. This house was a tremendous value for the money.

I hope that you agree that we are better late than never getting this one out; also, we are aware that we have missed the local update the last couple of weeks, but expect that to be resurrected tomorrow. Here are your real estate headlines:

30-Year Fixed Rate Rises Slightly, Remains at Historic Lows - Zillow keeps a pretty good eye on the current 30-year mortgage rates, giving an update nearly every week. Here they note that they remain extremely low.
